When I go to the grocery store with my husband, it always takes longer than I expected it to. Honestly, I think there are just too many choices. Who needs 10 varieties of mustard or 30 different brands of cereal? Things were much easier then our choices were few.
Every minute of the day we’re making choices. When to get up, what to put on, whether or not we want toast with our eggs, and the decisions go on…
The most important decisions we make however are the ones that prompt us to either follow the flesh or walk in the Spirit. Will we give up our right to be angry? Will we lay down our pride for the sake of our marriage? Will we stand up for our faith when no one else will?
Our decisions are endless yet they boil down to one thing: will we follow God’s will or follow our own?
As for me and my house? We’ll be following Him!

Planting Hope
And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. (Joshua 24:15, KJV)

Darlene Schacht and her husband Michael live in Manitoba Canada where the summers are beautiful and the winters are cold. Together they’ve come to learn that relationships aren’t always easy, but that marriage, the way God intended it to be, is a treasure worth fighting for.
She began her publishing journey about twelve years ago when she pioneered one of the first online magazines for Christian women, known at the time as “Christian Women Online Magazine.” After three years, Darlene left CWO to blog as a solo author at Time-Warp Wife Ministries.
It was also during this transition that she worked alongside actress Candace Cameron Bure to write the NYT Best-Selling book, Reshaping it All: Motivation for Spiritual and Physical Fitness. Reshaping it All was the winner of both the 2011 USA Best Book Awards and the 2012 Christian Reading Retailers Choice Awards.
Author of more than 15 books, Darlene continues to write and to minister to her readers through her blog at TimeWarpWife.com.

As we know, the mainstream tv is scary for families with children to watch. Not scary because of violence, that’s a different issue but scary because of content and language. TV Guardian is an app you can install if you are DISH tv customer to help filter out the bad language! I am trying to help promote this product to families who want to take control of what their children hear.
Impacting the culture one TV at a time!
We want to make TVGuardian available to as many families as possible. That is why we are committed to making TVG affordable. You can get TVGuardian for less than $40 a year.
Over 95% average accuracy rate.
TVG allows you to change settings to match your preferences. Filter profanity, sexual references and the Lord’s name being used in vain.
Please let me know if this is something you think your readers would be interested in!
Blessings on your day!
