Coming this summer, during the month of July, we’re celebrating God, our husbands, our families, and our homes in the Women Living Well Book Club!
Unlike our last book club that was 18 weeks long, this one will be divided into four weeks. You’ll be able to read along at your own pace, chat with other women in our Facebook group and glean extra encouragement here.
Week 1: Your Walk With the King
Week 2: Your Marriage
Week 3: Your Parenting
Week 4: Your Homemaking
If you’d like to buy a book, you can do so at Amazon. I’ll also keep my eyes open to see if any sales come up between now and then!
If you don’t have a book, you’ll still be able to enjoy this blog like you do every other day. We’ll be writing on one specific topic each week to encourage you in your faith, your marriage, and your home!
A reminder, and a few more details will come as the date gets closer.
About the book:
Women desire to live well. However, living well in this modern world is a challenge. The pace of life, along with the new front porch of social media, has changed the landscape of our lives. Women have been told for far too long that being on the go and accumulating more things will make their lives full. As a result, we grasp for the wrong things in life and come up empty.
God created us to walk with him; to know him and to be loved by him. He is our living well and when we drink from the water he continually provides, it will change us. Our marriages, our parenting, and our homemaking will be transformed.
Mommy-blogger Courtney Joseph is a cheerful realist. She tackles the challenge of holding onto vintage values in a modern world, starting with the keys to protecting our walk with God. No subject is off-limits as she moves on to marriage, parenting, and household management.
Rooted in the Bible, her practical approach includes tons of tips that are perfect for busy moms, including:
- Simple Solutions for Studying God’s Word
- How to Handle Marriage, Parenting, and Homemaking in a Digital Age
- 10 Steps to Completing Your Husband
- Dealing With Disappointed Expectations in Motherhood
- Creating Routines that Bring Rest
- Pursuing the Discipline and Diligence of the Proverbs 31 Woman
There is nothing more important than fostering your faith, building your marriage, training your children, and creating a haven for your family. Women Living Well is a clear and personal guide to making the most of these precious responsibilities.
Today and every Tuesday, I want to invite bloggers to link-up any blog posts that will encourage women to joyfully live out their roles as wives and keepers of their homes I’m looking for posts on marriage, parenting, housekeeping, recipes, etc.
Please note that the opinions expressed by the participants are those of each individual blogger and may not necessarily reflect Time-Warp Wife. Wisdom and discretion is advised. Thank you! Note: If you don’t know how to join in, but would like to share your blog post here too, I have created a step-by-step tutorial to guide you along. Click here for instructions.
