I just wanted to pop in to let you know that I’ve working on getting the study out to you. I was halfway done when I went back to prayer, asking God what He wanted us to learn as the holiday season approaches. I decided to scrap everything I had done, and go through the book of Luke.

Unlike most of our other studies where we read a chapter one day and dig deeper the next, I wanted to include questions on each chapter to spur you on to read further.

I went through the book once already last week. I’m on my second way through it and I’m seeing things that I never noticed the first time.

It’s a perfect fit with our previous study on Exodus. I’m reading about how Mary and Joseph went to the Passover feast each year, how the first child was to be consecrated to the Lord, and how Zechariah was from the line of Aaron. All details that are still fresh in my mind. It’s really awesome how God is directing this study and I pray that He continues to do so.

I wanted to have it out to you this morning, but I feel that it’s not complete quite yet. I need to finish going through the books one last time, BUT I plan to have it out to you no later than tomorrow morning. Unless God puts up a major roadblock, you will get your study on Friday morning.

Please pray for me as I’m finishing up the final details. Let’s also pray that others will have a hunger for the Word, and gain a better understanding of God’s will for their life.
